Bulk Ordering

Individual cuts of beef, pork sausage, chicken and eggs are available year round at our Farm Store, Farmer’s Markets and Retail Outlets (see "Where To Find Our Products").
This is a good way to sample and test our products before you do a "bulk" purchase.

Certified Organic Grass Fed Beef

If you’ve tried our beef, and are ready to order in bulk quantity, this is the place.
 
Thanks for waiting! We are ready to take your bulk beef order. We are happy to announce that we kept the price the same as the past 3 years even though our expenses have gone up. We do ask, however, for a non-refundable deposit of $300 upon placement of your order. Our pricing is based on “hanging weight” prior to butchering. The beef is dry-aged 2-3 weeks for flavor and tenderness, then cut, vacuum packed, and frozen according to your specifications. All processing is done in a USDA certified facility.  The price is all inclusive. No hidden costs.

We do our best to estimate the weights of the whole, half or quarter beef below to give you a good idea of how much the beef would cost, however, it is realistic to expect a variability of 50 lbs +/- ($200-300).

Family Packs (Beef and Pork)
We also offer a smaller bulk beef called Beef Family Pack, approximately 35 lbs of variety cuts listed below.  They become available beginning 6/25 through 12/31.  They can be picked up at farmer’s markets, our farm store, or any buyer’s club locations.  Please order them on line.
